Website & app terms

Nat & Stuart share our own experiences. Use your account honestly, keep credentials and recovery codes private, and do not share restricted resources, bypass access controls or upload material you cannot lawfully share. Public, Free Member and Insider material have separate access rules.

Unless an individual resource says otherwise, access permits personal use of our material; it does not transfer copyright or permit resale, public redistribution or account sharing. Other creators retain their rights. The app and website may need maintenance; we do not promise uninterrupted availability.

Training, nutrition, property and income stories are personal experience and general information, not personalised medical, financial, tax or legal advice. Check suitability and seek appropriately qualified advice when needed. We do not guarantee health, investment or income outcomes.

Nothing in these terms removes your statutory consumer rights, excludes liability for fraud, or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Other liability depends on the applicable law and circumstances; there is no blanket exclusion.

Membership terms

Free Member accounts require registration and have no monthly charge. They can access published Public and Free Member content. Insider is the existing £3.99 per month option, including tax, billed monthly when checkout is available. Registration alone does not start a subscription or grant Insider access.

Insiders can access the deeper posts, videos, downloads, methods and costs actually published for that tier. Availability varies; there is no promised publishing schedule or guaranteed resource catalogue. Valid complimentary access continues under its existing grant. App fitness, nutrition and training tools require their separate existing permission; neither account tier automatically grants them.

Where an existing paid subscription is active, stop renewal through Your account. Cancelling renewal does not end access before the paid period ends. Expired access falls back to the content available to a free registered account. A checkout return alone is not proof of payment or entitlement.

Online service and digital-content contracts normally have a 14-day cancellation period. Any lawful early-service charge requires an express request and the required information. Loss of a digital-content cancellation right requires prior express consent, acknowledgement and supply; simply registering or accepting these terms is not that consent. Statutory remedies for faulty or misdescribed digital content remain. Contact us about cancellation or a refund; stopping renewal and exercising a statutory cancellation right are distinct.

Shop terms

The website shop is currently a browsing/preview service: real checkout is not enabled. Test orders are not customer purchases. No new payment facility is enabled by these terms. Before sales open, the trader identity/address, returns arrangements and final transaction terms must be confirmed and shown before an order.

Read each item’s genuine photographs, description, condition, dimensions and included parts. Used items must still match their description and the applicable legal standards, taking their disclosed condition into account. Prices and delivery charges must be shown before any payment obligation; a basket is not confirmation that an order has been accepted.

Where offered, Royal Mail delivery choices are calculated from confirmed packed size/weight and destination. Dispatch time is separate from the carrier’s delivery aim. The checkout must state the agreed dispatch/delivery arrangements, total and acceptance process. Delivery aims are not guarantees. Risk normally remains with the trader until you or your nominated recipient receives the goods.

For eligible online goods purchases, tell the trader you are cancelling within 14 days after receipt, then return the goods within a further 14 days. The usual refund includes standard outbound delivery, not an upgrade premium. A refund may generally be withheld until the goods or evidence of return is received. Only lawful deductions for handling beyond what is needed to examine the goods may apply. Any exception and responsibility for change-of-mind return postage must be disclosed before purchase; they are not assumed here.

Faulty, misdescribed or unfit goods have separate statutory remedies, including the usual short-term right to reject within 30 days and repair/replacement or refund rights as applicable. These protections are not replaced by a change-of-mind policy. Contact us with the order reference and problem; do not send payment-card details.

Cancellation notice: “I notify you that I cancel my contract for [goods/service], ordered on [date], received on [date], order reference [reference]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date].” You may use another clear statement instead. Send personal details privately, not in public comments. Transaction terms and any required consent must be supplied in a form you can retain; this general page does not itself constitute an order confirmation.

Privacy & cookies

Manage privacy preferences — available without signing in. Optional preferences are separate from agreement to contractual terms.

The website and companion app process account identifiers, email, password/recovery hashes, sessions, access grants, content and support messages to provide and secure the requested service. Shop delivery addresses and order records are used when supplied for that purpose; this corrects the older notice saying addresses are never requested. Stripe handles card information for any existing paid subscriptions; this website does not store card numbers.

Authorised app users may record workouts, nutrition, body measurements and progress photos. These are private records governed by separate fitness access, not material automatically published by joining. Do not put private health details or addresses in public posts. The operator’s documented health-data lawful basis and special-category condition still require confirmation before broader access is offered.

Cloudflare hosts the service and storage; Stripe processes applicable payments. Essential secure website session cookies last up to seven days. Device storage also supports account sessions, preferences and saved/recoverable work. Our first-party analytics stores aggregate activity and temporary retry identifiers for 30 days, not fitness records, message bodies or analytics cookies; it honours Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. App analytics retains its existing opt-in. Optional embedded services remain subject to the existing preference controls and their own privacy information.

Account/service data is used to fulfil the requested service; security and abuse prevention support protecting the service; legally required records are retained where applicable. Optional processing must use its stated consent or other appropriate lawful basis. Exact account, backup and health-record retention periods, the controller’s legal identity/address and applicable international-transfer safeguards remain to be confirmed by the operator. We do not invent fixed deletion periods or transfer guarantees.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object where applicable, or withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Rights depend on the circumstances and lawful retention duties. Use Contact or account support. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Contract agreement is not consent to optional cookies or public sharing of health data.

Contact and outstanding business details

Contact Nat & Stuart; existing account support remains available after subscription expiry. The operator still needs to confirm the legal trader/controller name, public service/returns address and public support channel, return-postage policy, retention schedule and health-data/transfer details. These are outstanding business facts, not completed compliance checks.

Guidance checked: GOV.UK distance selling, returns and refunds, Scottish guidance, Consumer Contracts Regulations, and ICO storage/consent guidance.
